What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you are interested in and any message you choose to include. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used to reach us, so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to requests.

How we use it

• To pass your request to an independent flooring contractor who may contact you by phone or text about it.
• To manage and follow up on requests using our customer relationship software.
• To measure which pages and campaigns generate inquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Calls

Calls to (775) 555-0142 may be routed through a call-tracking service, which can record the call time, duration and caller number. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes where permitted by law.

Browser storage
